Masry+ Terms & Conditions

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following:

1. About Masry+ Masry+ is a digital-first eyewear brand and an extension of Masry Optics, operating in Egypt.

2. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are listed in EGP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel/refund affected orders.
• Order confirmation does not guarantee stock availability; we'll notify you promptly if an item is unavailable.

3. Prescription Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date prescription details.
• We recommend prescriptions be no older than 12 months. Masry+ is not liable for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate prescription information submitted by the customer.

4. Product Use

• Frames and lenses are intended for personal eyewear use only.
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

5. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including logos, product photography, and brand materials — is the property of Masry+ / Masry Optics and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability Masry+ is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from product use, delivery delays, or website downtime.

7. Changes to Terms We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
