Exchanges

If your frame doesn't feel right, we'll swap it — no drama.

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange
• The frame must be unused, with all original packaging and tags intact
• Return shipping is at the customer's expense
• To start an exchange, message us on Instagram

Defects & Wrong Items

We take full responsibility for our mistakes.

• If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is the wrong item, we will exchange it or refund it in full
• We cover all return shipping costs in these cases
• Report the issue within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number

Prescription Lenses

Custom prescription lenses are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a verified manufacturing defect. By completing your order, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

What We Cannot Accept

• Frames that have been worn, adjusted, or show signs of use
• Items returned after 7 days without prior approval
• Items returned without original packaging

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or Instapay — we'll coordinate with you directly.
